Central Medical Library during the COVID-19 pandemic – analysis of provided services and user needs
Abstract
The article presents how the Central Medical Library (CML) operated during the COVID-19 pandemic, including solutions and special measures used to enable users to safely use CML services and access its collections. It presents statistics on remote services provided by the library: topical literature compilations, reprographic services, confirmations of participation in scientific publications and the use of the Polish Medical Bibliography (PMB) database. It discusses users’ interest in issues related to COVID-19 and presents material related to the pandemic in the CML collections.
